Dry Hopped Lager - Pine Brook is fermented with a Lager yeast strain originating in Zürich, Switzerland from the Hürlimann Brewery. Native to the Basque region of Spain, the game of Jai Alai involves players launching a ball from a curved mitt called a cesta in an attempt to outsmart and outmaneuver their opponents on a court called a fronton. Native to Tampa, Florida, Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously in a 7.5% ABV beer. While the number of frontons in our home state of Florida has dropped since the sport’s peak in the mid-1980s, Cigar City Brewing pays homage to the sport and the dedicated players and patrons who keep this Florida tradition alive with its flagship ale. Control Loops starts with a base of 2-row, flaked oats, and flaked wheat. A whirlpool of our hand selected Citra kicks off the hop bill before a massive dry hop of Motueka, Galaxy and Strata. Control Loops pours glowing yellow with an aroma of orange slices, ruby red grapefruit and complex berry. Flavors of dank mango, light refreshing melon, and lemon and lime wedges are met with an earthy and dank tropical grass note finishing with our #EQjuice finish and balanced bitterness to tie everything together.

Molina starts off with a blend of Pilsner malt, malted barley, and flaked maize in the mash before being hopped in the kettle and whirlpool with Motueka for a beautiful lemon lime expression. Originally a small-batch release in the spring of 2013. Bloodline is brewed with blood orange peel and blood orange juice and hits the perfect balance between citrus sweetness and bitterness. Bloodline begins with huge grapefruit on the nose. Then, a delicate balance of citrus sweetness and bitterness. Try it with grilled light proteins, salads with fruity vinaigrettes, and fresh salsa.

Originally a Wild Dog release commemorating our 10th anniversary. Double Dog Double Pale Ale became here to stay in 2009. Could you control such a beast? This is a big beer that calls for equally big foods. We’ve created a traditional-style London Porter with the addition of unfermentable lactose to give you a creamier mouth feel, a technique famously found in milk stouts. The results are out of this world. Brewed with Chilean Coffee and Chilean Chocolate malts – you’ll get unbelievable hints of roasted flavors that only enhance the typical caramel flavors of traditional porters. We then cold condition our Imperial with Venezuelan Cacao nibs which impart a harmonious hint of chocolate and coffee to what we only call an “Imperial drinking experience”. We think our Imperial Milk Porter is unlike that of any porter you will find.

PULP DADDY is an 8% ABV IPA created as an extension of the popular PULP (Pauls Ultimate Lupulin Protocol) brand; like PULP, this “juice forward” IPA has a predominant citrusy aroma and tastes like nectar of the hop gods! We made one modification to the base process for PULP with a single objective in mind: dial up the haze. Objective accomplished. Double decoction mashed hefeweissbier! There is a difference between the draft version and the can! Cans are can-conditioned to the traditional 4 volumes of carbonation. The draft is still highly carbed, but adjusted down to a reasonable 2.7 volumes so that it can be successfully poured on American draft systems.

Our second installment of Fruit Friends features a blend of passionfruit, orange and guava. The citrus fruit flavor is fresh and forward for Summer’s stretch run. Juicy with a touch of tartness, the dry, biscuit malt balances the sweetness, while the light-bodied ale finishes crisp and clean.

Originally brewed under the name Daly Double. This beer is a tribute to a friend that passed away. Space was his nickname as a young man and this beer will be a regular offering at our brewery only; our way of keeping him a regular. 6.6% ABV.

We started brewing this beer as a summer seasonal in 1993. There were some great IPAs out in the Pacific Northwest, but no local IPAs on the east coast. We wanted to have a local IPA, so we brewed one. People absolutely loved it, and so did we. So we made it a year-round beer, and it’s now our bestselling beer and our flagship. Description: Since its introduction, Harpoon IPA has remained unique in its ability to balance hop bitterness with a strong malt backbone. Dry-hopped with Cascade hops, it has a floral hop aroma and a finish that is bitter (it is an IPA after all!) without being harsh or astringent. Combined with a malty sweetness and the fruity esters of our proprietary yeast, those hops create a beer that is wonderfully hoppy but clean and refreshing enough to enjoy a few of - and we hope you do.

Hop aromas blast ouf of this flavor explosion. Massively dry-hopped, with a balanced malt sweetness, this irresistible force showcases the power of bringing in the extra artillery. Hop cubed – then squared (hop to the sixth)! We’ve kept the same malt recipe proportions as Loose Cannon, pumped up to 22 Plato (from 16.5) and then doubled the hops. We employed the late addition-, whirlpool-, hopback-, and dry-hopping process that makes Loose Cannon such a flavorful IPA. We’ve captured the beautiful balance of Loose Cannon but we’ve doubled the firepower.

Our flagship beer, Loose Cannon wins people over at first smell. The carefully cultivated interplay of Simcoe, Palisade, and Centennial creates a most fragrant IPA—its nose bursts with notes of grapefruit, herbs, and pine. Bitterness is somewhat subdued by the floral quality that pervades the taste. The color is burnished gold, and the mouthfeel is creamy. A strong malt backbone balances out the triple-hopped beer. Its nickname, Hop3, comes from the brewing process: our brewers hop Loose Cannon in the boil, the hopback, and the fermenter. It won a second place CAMRA award at the 2010 Great British Beer Festival.

To mark the milestone, Oskar Blues Brewery announces the release of Double Dale’s Imperial IPA, a double-take on the beer that started it all. Two decades ago, Oskar Blues Brewery sent shockwaves through the beer industry when they packed Dale’s Pale Ale into a can. It was then an unheard-of packaging decision, but the reasons were obvious to the OB team: it allowed everyone to easily take craft beer on the trail AND it delivered a fresher beer. Pink Guava Funk with Tropical Skittles added

This version of Boston Lager®, produced until January 2023, was superseded by Boston Lager® Remastered. Samuel Adams Boston Lager® is the best example of the fundamental characteristics of a great beer, offering a full, rich flavor that is both balanced and complex. It is brewed using a decoration mash, a time consuming, traditional four vessel brewing process discarded by many contemporary brewers. This process brings forth a rich sweetness from the malt that makes it well worth the effort. Samuel Adams Boston Lager® also uses only the finest of ingredients including two row barley, as well as German Noble aroma hops. The exclusive use of two row barley not only imparts a full, smooth body but also gives the beer a wide spectrum of malt flavor ranging from slightly sweet to caramel to slightly roasted. The Noble hops varieties, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang Tettnanger, add a wide range of floral, piney and citrus notes, which are present from the aroma, through the flavor, to the lingering smooth finish. We take great pride in the Noble hops used in our beers. They are hand selected by Jim Koch and our other brewers from the world's oldest hops growing area. Among the world's most expensive, they cost twenty times as much as other hops.

Our Raspberry Hefeweizen is a true fruit beer, not a fruit-flavored beer. We add pureed raspberries to our Hefeweizen during the primary fermentation process. Although we add no sugar, color or flavors, the resulting beer is a hazy pink color, with citrus aromas from the wheat and a flavor that is neat and tart. While this beer is low in bitterness, it is not overwhelmingly sweet, making it a thoroughly drinkable beer for the season.

Our Helles-Style Summer Lager is a bright, golden beer, perfect for summertime. The malts we use impart a wonderful, fresh grain character, reminiscent of European lagers. The German Noble hop, Mittelfrüh, lends a mild lemony, spicy flavor.

Our most crowd-pleasing Genre Series beer, POP! is about all things bright and easy, a beautifully stacked hop playlist featuring choice additions of Lotus and Galaxy, bringing this Top 10 banger an immense aroma of fresh-plucked juicy berries, sun-sweet orange, candied orange peel, tropical vanilla, sauv blanc wine gummies, and mango jelly. Guided by our distorted 3rd eye, we trudge through the riff-filled lands, STONER! in hand. Our dankest beer ever, this loving ode to the cannabaceae family explores the sticky side of our hop habit.
