Atomic Dog Peach Cider is light with fresh peach aromas and refreshing fresh fruit flavors. This blend of freshly pressed Adams County apples and peaches is quickly becoming a favorite. Food Pairings: Try with pork BBQ and spicy salsas.

This blend of hard cider and pears has an acidic body with a smooth pear finish. Like all our ciders, Atomic Dog Hard cider is made from fresh pressed apples we grow without any added colors, flavors or sugars. Food Pairings: Salads with blue cheese and walnuts, seared scallops, baked brie.

Fruit forward with a balance of natural acids and sugars creating a smooth finish. This blend is named after Jack Hauser’s wife, Helen. She loved the orchards and the harvest was her favorite time of the year. This blend is made with fresh apples and is sweet, but with a little kick — just like Helen. Cheers! Hopped intensely with Sultana, Citra, and Chinook. Floral, fresh squeezed citrus, pineapple, and nicely balanced dank finish. Solid mouthfeel that isn't too juicy or too dry.

It seemed all too appropriate to let our Brewer, Brett Herron, take the helm for this one. Named after the river that flows through the small Irish town of Sligo where Bretts lineage began, this stout achieves it's dry-roasted character thanks to a heavy hand of roasted barley. This one pours jet-Black, but it's light both on the palate and in alcohol.

An ode to the unity of malted barley, hops, yeast, water, and the brewer who prudently blends them. Intense tropical and citrus fruit aromas and a clean fruity bitterness work in harmony with the lightly toasted wheat bread flavors derived from the malt.

This single hop hazy IPA is the usual 6.8% and is hopped exclusively with New Zealand grown Nectaron hops for bold notes of tropical pineapple, ripe peach, and summer wildflower.

Hopped intensely with a mix of Lupulin powder and pellets, this Mosaic/Citra IPA is an aroma and flavor bomb. Orange, pear, kiwi, and a perfect dank finish. Super soft with a pillowy, full mouthfeel.

Warm Hand Splash is the double version of pale ale Wishbone! This is an all citra banger, and at 8%, those oils are seriously saturated. Grapefruit and lime are the biggest contenders here, with a touch of juicy tropical elements like passionfruit and lychee.

Double Dry Hopped Cliffside Push takes the cliff even higher. Brewed with Citra, Sabro and NZ hops, we then pushed it to a new level with a secondary dose of hops for even more mango, piña colada, and citrusy pine.

A fresh and vibrant west coast IPA brewed with a gentle but sturdy malt body and 100% Southern Hemisphere hops. This combination leads to notes reminiscent of yellow kiwi, dewy flowers, sweet, soft pine sap, and juicy citrus.

Named after our Co-Owner Larry's father-a native of County Offaly, Ireland and beloved member of our community. A TDH version of this NEIPA, we kept the same malt base for that beautiful and vibrant glow. We triple dry hopped with NZ Cascade, hand-selected Citra and Amarillo cryo consecutively for 3 days. This ale is brewed with a selection of wheats for a soft foundation and soured with a blend of winemaker's acids. Combined with a profusion of key lime and vanilla you have a beer with light sweetness and deep citrus with a range of tart to sour and a clean finish.

2019 Gold Medal - Contemporary American Pilsner - Great American Beer Festival Lazy River Pils is brewed as a traditional German Pilsner, then dry-hopped with hand-selected Citra hops from the Pacific Northwest. We started with German Pilsner and German Munich malts for a highly crisp and refreshing, light and flavorful Pilsner. Our Citra then adds bright orange citrus aroma that will be essential to your adventures.

This is a fresh take on our favorite Hazy IPA. Broken Heels dry-hopped singularly with Mosaic. Hand-selected Mosaic is used in the original recipe, but here we let it shine alone with its unique profile of floral, tropical, fruity and earthy notes. In our constant evolution as a brewery, we’ve developed on undying drive to meld the organic and the mechanical. Perpetual IPA utilizes our hopback and dry-hopping to engineer a bold Imperial Pale Ale. Perpetual IPA is 7.5% ABV and 85 IBUs. It features Bravo, Chinook and Mt. Hood hops in the boil, Mt. Hood and Nugget hops in the hopback and Citra, Cascade and Nugget hops in dry-hopping.
