We’re not exactly known for restraint, but we suppressed all of our dark urges to make things super weird and developed a brand spankin’ new line of lightly fruited sours. It may seem like there are already a million different hazy IPAs out there, but the quest for our next favorite never ends. This Hazy DIPA is full bodied and balanced with a heavy hop load of Citra, Riwaka, Krush, Galaxy, and Idaho 7 for a bright mix of stone fruit and tropical aromatics.

Originally a small-batch release in the spring of 2013. Bloodline is brewed with blood orange peel and blood orange juice and hits the perfect balance between citrus sweetness and bitterness. Bloodline begins with huge grapefruit on the nose. Then, a delicate balance of citrus sweetness and bitterness. Try it with grilled light proteins, salads with fruity vinaigrettes, and fresh salsa.

Originally a Wild Dog release commemorating our 10th anniversary. Double Dog Double Pale Ale became here to stay in 2009. Could you control such a beast? This is a big beer that calls for equally big foods. We'll Drive You Crazy is developed with a unique recipe writing process. We use this beer to keep our hop inventory concise and fresh. We look through our hop inventory and find all of the odds and ends that are appropriate for making hazy IPA, but which aren't allocated to anything in particular. That's why this batch of We'll Drive You Crazy features 7(!) different hop varieties, all of which we love but most of which don't find a home in our core recipes. Here we have Luminosa, Motueka, Sabro, Galaxy, Centennial, Idaho 7, and Columbus. The copious volumes of Too Many hops used in this beer have created a blast of citrusy, resinous hop character.

Hop aromas blast ouf of this flavor explosion. Massively dry-hopped, with a balanced malt sweetness, this irresistible force showcases the power of bringing in the extra artillery. Hop cubed – then squared (hop to the sixth)! We’ve kept the same malt recipe proportions as Loose Cannon, pumped up to 22 Plato (from 16.5) and then doubled the hops. We employed the late addition-, whirlpool-, hopback-, and dry-hopping process that makes Loose Cannon such a flavorful IPA. We’ve captured the beautiful balance of Loose Cannon but we’ve doubled the firepower.

Our flagship beer, Loose Cannon wins people over at first smell. The carefully cultivated interplay of Simcoe, Palisade, and Centennial creates a most fragrant IPA—its nose bursts with notes of grapefruit, herbs, and pine. Bitterness is somewhat subdued by the floral quality that pervades the taste. The color is burnished gold, and the mouthfeel is creamy. A strong malt backbone balances out the triple-hopped beer. Its nickname, Hop3, comes from the brewing process: our brewers hop Loose Cannon in the boil, the hopback, and the fermenter. It won a second place CAMRA award at the 2010 Great British Beer Festival.

This version of Boston Lager®, produced until January 2023, was superseded by Boston Lager® Remastered. Samuel Adams Boston Lager® is the best example of the fundamental characteristics of a great beer, offering a full, rich flavor that is both balanced and complex. It is brewed using a decoration mash, a time consuming, traditional four vessel brewing process discarded by many contemporary brewers. This process brings forth a rich sweetness from the malt that makes it well worth the effort. Samuel Adams Boston Lager® also uses only the finest of ingredients including two row barley, as well as German Noble aroma hops. The exclusive use of two row barley not only imparts a full, smooth body but also gives the beer a wide spectrum of malt flavor ranging from slightly sweet to caramel to slightly roasted. The Noble hops varieties, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang Tettnanger, add a wide range of floral, piney and citrus notes, which are present from the aroma, through the flavor, to the lingering smooth finish. Our Irish-Style Extra Stout pours black and is an amped-up version of a traditional dry stout. The addition of both roasted barley and Dark Crystal malted barley give Extra Stout undertones of chocolate, molasses and dried fruit. The beer is generously hopped with East Kent Goldings to balance the sweetness from the malted barley.

Our Helles-Style Summer Lager is a bright, golden beer, perfect for summertime. The malts we use impart a wonderful, fresh grain character, reminiscent of European lagers. The German Noble hop, Mittelfrüh, lends a mild lemony, spicy flavor.

Old Brown Dog has been cited as a classic example of the American Brown Ale style of beer. Compared to a typical English Brown Ale, Old Brown Dog is fuller-bodied and more strongly hopped. Old Brown Dog has been around for many years. It was first brewed in 1988 at the Northampton Brewery. In 1989 it won a silver medal in its category (American Brown Ale) at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver.

Our flagship beer. Aggressive hoppy aromas and flavors intertwined with a malty backbone to balance it out. Dry hopped to bring out a blend of bright citrus and pine hop character. We use 6 different American hops in our IPA

Our year round porter aged on palo santo wood. The palo santo brings out more of the chocolate flavor. The beer changes flavors and aromas as it warms. Most notable are chocolate, vanilla, anise, and even hints of mint.

Our first beer from the revived Sullivan’s Brewing Company is Maltings Irish Red Ale. It’s a refreshingly balanced, ruby tinted classic Irish ale with a depth of malt flavour giving rich biscuit and gentle caramel notes.

American Pale Ale hopped with CTZ, Amarillo, Citra, and Cascade hops. Brewed with a clean American yeast strain, a light touch of caramel malt, and flaked oats. Very fruit-forward with resin oil and hoppy orange-blossom flavors.

Citra IPA! Exceptionally crushable, soft, and juicy with tons of classic Citra tropical gummy goodness.

West Coast-inspired Double India Pale Ale brewed with a healthy dose of wheat. Hopped on the hot side with Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson, then dry-hopped with the same awesome combo. Super fruit-forward, crisp, and full of flavor.

Never Mind is the next Gose in the Never series. This time we bombed the heck out of this Gose with plums. Good gracious this one is insane! Just as much fruit as Never Again, but this is just straight up plum juice. At 4.9% you can drink this for days.

whiteferrari is a beer that has been a long time in the making. We've been experimenting with different malt and hop combinations through other recipes, trying to find what we believe is the best of both worlds rolled into one DIPA. Clocking in at 8%, this luxuriously soft DIPA is hopped intensely with 50/50 Citra and Galaxy(and a ton of it!). We used the freshest crop available of each hop to give this DIPA the most expressive hop character possible.

Featuring Galaxy, Simcoe & Citra hops, Sci-Fi Hamster Wheel bursts with flavors and aromas of peach, pineapple and orange.

Brewed with copious amounts of Australian Galaxy hops and flaked oats. Hazy AF with tons of peach, pineapple and orange.

Poolside Lager - 5.2% ABV - Mexican Lager - Brewed with Saaz and Tettnanger hops, our Mexican lager yeast drives the flavor of this beer. Crisp and refreshing, the name says it all.

This hazy IPA is loaded with Amarillo, Citra, and Cashmere hops. Expect bright waves of grapefruit, mango, lemon, and passionfruit over a soft, silky body. Juicy, aromatic, and endlessly crushable—our go-to core IPA.

Light, crisp, refreshing UFO White follows in the tradition of spiced wheat beers that have been brewed in Belgium for well over 300 years. Brewed with orange peel and coriander, UFO White is the perfect choice for a summer’s barbecue, a night out with friends or any time you're thirsting for something a little different. Like all UFO beers, we leave UFO White UnFiltered.

Cashmere hoodie is our newest pale ale hopped with Cashmere and Centennial. With a lower ABV, this medium-bodied, slightly hazy pale ale was brewed to be an easy drinker.

We brewed this beer a a few times in our Tunbridge brewery before starting to do bigger batches. Now this beer is made in Stowe VT at Von Trapp Brewery. It's aggressively hopped in the whirlpool and post fermentation with six hop varieties, making it juicy and flavorful, but not too bitter. The malt bill contains a blend of German and English base malts, Munich, oats, and wheat, contributing to a smooth mouthfeel and nice flavor. Drink Responsibly!

Our NEIPA hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Comet and Chinook.

This Munich-style dark lager is brewed and fermented with traditional Bavarian ingredients and techniques, creating robust malt notes of caramel and chocolate with a smooth mouthfeel and crisp finish.
